Application forms can be obtained from the office of the Registrar (Administrative Block, Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, Chettinad Health City campus)on payment of Rs. 100/- by cash or by means of a Demand Draft. If the application form is downloaded from the university’s website a demand draft for Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of Chettinad Academy of Research and Education payable at Chennai to be enclosed.
